Baby and Me
Ages 12 months - 2 years

This program is offered for toddlers’ age 12 months – 2 years. Parents and children learn together in this 45 minute class once a week while being lead by their instructor. Each class begins with a musical warm-up and stretch followed by rotations on all of the different apparatus in the gym.

Busy Bees
Ages 2 - 3.5
(parent required)

This gymnastic program is a parent and child centred program for kids’ ages 2-31/2 years of age. Parents are actively involved with their children as the program begins with a musical warm-up and a stretch. Parents will follow along with the group and help their children as they walk on the beam, swing on the bars and bounce on the trampolines. This class is offered one time a week for one hour.

Mighty Mites
Ages 3.5 - 5
(no parent required)

This program begins to offer the children some independence as kids ages 31/2 - 5 years of age participate without mom or dad. Each class begins with a musical warm-up followed by an activity that develops children’s hand eye coordination. The focus of this program is to develop kids’ motor skills through gymnastics. Kids in this program have the opportunity to work on all of the different apparatus including beam, bars, trampoline, floor and games and activities in the pit.

Girls Recreational Gymnastics

Ages 5 - 7

This program is designed for girls who wish to learn the sport of gymnastics. We follow the CanGym badge program designed by Gymnastics Canada Gymnastique. CanGym is a progressive 12 step program that challenges children to develop their gymnastic skills in a fun, safe and progressive manner. Children receive a badge upon completing each stage of the program. This program is offered once a week for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Girls will gain experience on the vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.

Girls Recreational Gymnastics

Ages 8 and up

Above the Bar - Intermediate/Advanced

Turquoise level or higher

This is a great program for girls who are ready for a more intense level of training. This program is offered once a week for 1.75 hours. Girls must be at least 8 years of age and in the Turquoise badge level or higher.

Boys Recreational Gymnastics

Ages 5 - 7

This program is designed for boys who wish to learn the sport of gymnastics. We follow the CanGym badge program designed by Gymnastics Canada Gymnastique. CanGym is a progressive 12 step program that challenges children to develop their gymnastic skills in a fun, safe and progressive manner. Children receive a badge upon completing each stage of the program. Boys will gain experience on floor, pommel horse, rings, high bar, vault and trampoline.

Boys Recreational Gymnastics

Ages 8 and up

This program is designed for boys who wish to learn the sport of gymnastics. We follow the CanGym badge program designed by Gymnastics Canada Gymnastique. Flip, Flop & Fly

Ages 5 and up

This program is designed for kids who love to bounce. Following a modified CanJump badge system, children can progress through the levels learning different trampoline, double mini-trampoline and tumbling skills. This is an excellent program for kids of all sizes and abilities. This hour and a half long co-ed program.

Advanced Flip, Flop & Fly

Black level or higher, ages 8 and up

This program builds on skills for those who crave a little more. This program runs once per week for 2 hours. Kids must be in black level or higher to be in this program.
